Eduardo Murphy "Danding" Cojuangco, Jr. is an influential Filipino tycoon and powerbroker. He is the chief executive of San Miguel Corporation (PSE: SMC), the Philippines' largest food and beverage conglomerate. He has tried his hands in politics, running for president once but eventually losing to Fidel V. Ramos. He almost entered the presidential race again a few years after his loss but later withdrew. Cojuangco has since played only supporting roles in government, successfully fielding candidates for national and local elections and endorsing political appointees. He is often called asThe Man of the Earth.
He is dubbed as one of the country's most influential people as mentioned in the Philippine Tatler's list of Who's Who of the Philippines.

Edgar Sia II engaged in business at twenty years of age. He opened the first branch in December 2003 at the Robinson's Mall Carpark-Iloilo.
By 2009, Mang Inasal opened one hundred stores.
In 2003, he opened Mang Inasal. The restaurant was instantly successful that it spread throughout most of the Visayas, to Mindanao, and then Metro Manila. It applied for franchise a couple of years later.[1]
In October of 2010, 70% of Mang Inasal was acquired by Jollibee Foods Corporation for P3 billion ($68.8 million).
